1 basic structure of the mixing ship:

STC150 cement concrete mixer ship adopts all-steel structure, and the main steel structure is connected, and the production line is symmetrically arranged. The whole structure of the mixing station can be divided into: stirring main building unit, aggregate batching unit, aggregate conveying unit, powder feeding system, It consists of independent system units such as water supply system, liquid admixture system, pneumatic system and control system (see Figure 1).

4 construction preparation and installation and use

4.1 Preparation before installation:

(1) Before installation, check whether the accessories and technical documents are complete according to the packing list, check whether the whole machine and parts are defective, and match the equipment delivery requirements before installation, and must be adhered during transportation. The dirt parts are cleaned and wiped.

(2) According to the requirements of the basic drawing, check the relative position of each foundation to ensure accuracy.

4.2 Installation and production of the aggregate batching system, see Figure 3.

Release the line according to the requirements of the basic drawing. After the bottom bin is closed, the discharging belt conveyor is first placed. After the deck is closed, the feeding mechanism is prepared, and after adjusting, the center line of the installation position of each part is coincident with the corresponding center line of the foundation, the discharging belt conveyor and the feeding mechanism can be fixed, and the weighing system is fixed. On the rack, adjust the balance of the weighing hopper so that each sensor is in a uniformly stressed state.

4.3 Installation of the mainframe part, see Figure 4.

(1) The mixing machine (including the chassis, reducer, motor, mixer, chassis) is locked with a wire rope and then lifted.

(2) When lifting, it should be balanced by hand. After stabilization, it will gradually fall down to prevent the wire rope from loosening or falling off.

(3) Adjust the height of the chassis so that the chassis level can be welded to the deck steel plate.

4.4 Install the cement scale, water scale and admixture scale of the upper bracket and the upper bracket, as shown in Figure 5.

(1) Lift the cement scale, water scale and admixture scale to the respective installation positions on the upper bracket.

(2) The weighing platform 1 and the weighing platform 2 are mounted on the upper bracket, and the guard rail 1 is connected to the weighing platform 2.

(3) Bolt the upper bracket and the lower bracket.
