It is reported that the development of biomass fuel such as straw has become a global “green gold†industry and has gradually become a substitute for traditional “black gold†energy. Donglin straw carbonization production equipment and its carbon products have unique technical routes. No pollution is emitted during the process of carbon production, and the straw can be fully charred and evenly burned. Compared with the traditional method, the technology reduces the carbonization time of straw from 24 hours to about 1 hour, which greatly shortens the carbonization time. At the same time, the use of this patented technology to produce carbon from straw has a cost of only RMB 500/ton, which is less than half the cost of ordinary charcoal production.
It is understood that the project adopts the bio-carbonization national patent technology first proposed by the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province and the Intellectual Property Office of Jinan City with a total investment of 160 million yuan. It mainly produces special carbon equipment with straw and tree branches as raw materials. At the same time, the project has also built dozens of demonstration enterprises for bio-charcoal technology in Shandong Province, which are rich in straw resources, such as Dezhou, Binzhou, Jinan, Dongying, Liaocheng, and Heze. Relying on the radiation effect of science and technology demonstration, 500 projects are supported in surrounding areas. The left and right bio-charcoal production plants (spots) can produce 200,000 tons of straw biochar annually.
