(1) It is difficult to construct the stripping of the isolated hills or steep terrain of the highway;
    (2) The use of chamber blasting can speed up the construction of the project or save investment.
    2 The final slope of open pit mines should not be used for chamber blasting. Chamber blasting should not be used in high slope sections.
    3 The choice of blasting type should meet the following requirements:
    (1) When the explosion area and the surrounding terrain are relatively flat or the height is less than 30m , there is no condition to throw the rock outside the final boundary, or when the construction or structure near the explosion area needs protection, loose blasting should be adopted;
    (2) When the topographical diffusion conditions around the blasting area are good, and some rocks can be directly thrown outside the final boundary or the infrastructure stripping range, the terrain area ratio of the blasting area is greater than 40m . In order to reduce the terrain height, it should be adopted when achieving the purpose of shovel loading. Strengthen loose blasting;
    (3) When the stope is close to the dumping site, the terrain is conducive to throwing a large amount of rock directly to the dumping site, and when economically advantageous, throwing blasting should be used.
    4 The value of the blasting index n should be selected according to the following regulations:
    (1) Loose blasting should be taken from 0.4 to 0.7 ;
    (2) Strengthening loose blasting should take 0.75 ~ 1.0 ;
    (3) The throwing blast should be taken from 1.0 to 1.4 .
    5 Pharmacy layout, should meet the following requirements:
    (1) The explosive energy should be fully utilized according to the topography and the surrounding conditions of the explosion area, and the explosion pile distribution is reasonable;
    (2) The amount of guiding work should be small, and the construction should be safe and convenient;
    (3) When the height of the rock remains is less than 7m , the auxiliary medicine room may not be arranged.
    6 The standard K value of the standard throwing blasting explosive consumption should be selected according to the similar blasting data of the mine chamber and the test value of the same type of rock in the explosion area.
    7 The determination of the m value of the drug compartment spacing coefficient should meet the following requirements:
    (1) Loose blasting in the same layer, strengthening loose blasting, throwing blasting, 1.0 to 1.2 should be taken between the main drug rooms , and 1.0 to 1.4 should be taken between the main and auxiliary drug rooms ;
    (2) The upper and lower layers of loose blasting and reinforced loose blasting should be taken from 1.2 to 1.6 ; the upper and lower layers of throwing blasting should be taken from 1.4 to 1.8 .
