Changsha will focus on promoting new energy vehicles in public service areas such as buses, Special Vehicles (taxis, Sanitation Vehicles, postal vehicles, logistics vehicles, etc.) and official vehicles, and actively guide the promotion and application of social vehicles. Encourage the participation of social capital in the construction of charging networks, taxi operations, and official vehicles, and carry out market-oriented operations.
The promotion of new energy vehicles will be in accordance with the national and local 1:1 regulations, and the financial burden of Changsha City will be 70% of the supporting amount of the local (provincial and municipal). The total financial subsidies of the central government and the provinces and municipalities shall not exceed 60% of the market price of the car purchase. . Through price leverage and policy subsidies, enterprises, institutions and consumers will be guided to purchase and use new energy vehicles, and new energy vehicles will be promoted to cross the market cultivation period and mature the new energy vehicle application market.
