China Shipbuilding Cooperates with Yichai, Qingdao Qi Yao and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries

On December 21, 2012, China Shipbuilding, Yichai, Qingdao Qi Yao and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries signed the 2013-23-23 Mitsubishi Low Speed ​​Diesel Engine License Agreement in Shanghai. Wu Jing, deputy general manager of China Shipbuilding, Zeng Zhaohui, deputy general manager of Yichai, Lin Jianting, chief financial officer of Qingdao Qiyao, and the head of the original motivation department of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., Japan, signed the signing on behalf of the parties.
The Mitsubishi low-speed diesel engine technology license introduced by the company expired on December 31, 2012. In the second half of 2012, China Shipbuilding Association and Yichai and Qingdao Qi Yao formed a team of talents and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries to renew negotiations. After several rounds of negotiations, the parties reached an agreement on the commission rate, EA's protection measures, and technical confidentiality, and finally signed the agreement.
