Electrification process of iron ore from the Malmberget plant in Sweden

In 1972 the plant will produce high-grade hematite ore, similar Mabush same method, in addition to reducing SiO ₂ content, there is a significance of this method can reduce the phosphorus content of the iron concentrate, practice It proves to be very effective, producing 1 million tons of ultra-pure concentrate per year.
The beneficiation process of the drum type high-voltage electric separator is shown in Figure 1. In addition, the United States and the Soviet Union have also carried out research on the process of iron ore selection and direct electrification, which proves that this method can greatly reduce the content of SiO ₂ and phosphorus (P) and obtain high quality iron concentrate. Similar tests have been carried out in China to improve the grade of iron concentrate and reduce the SiO ₂ content.

Our steel poles are made from quality sheet through bending, forming, automatic welding and hot galvanization. We can reach one-run machining length of 14m and can bend sheet of thickness up to 45mm. We adopt advanced welding procedures, automatically weld main joints and reach rank-II welding quality.

We have supplied 2400ton 132kV and 220kV transmission line steel pole to WAPDA. Pakistan on 2008 and have supplied 1200ton 138kV transmission line steel pole to Davao light, Philippines on 2009.
