Shaker repair method:
1. The problems found during the regular inspection of the shaker screen should be repaired. Vibrating screen repairs include timely adjustment of the tension in the V-belts, replacement of new belts, replacement of worn screens and longitudinal strips, replacement of damping springs, replacement of rolling bearings, transmission gears and seals, replacement of damaged bolts, repair of broken screen frame components, etc. .
2. The stress concentration should be avoided in the side frames and beams of the screen frame. The vibrating screen therefore does not allow welding on these components. The vibrating screen should be promptly replaced when the lower beam is cracked. When cracks are found on the side plates, the 5 mm hole should be drilled at the end of the crack, and then a reinforcing plate is added at the cracked portion. Demolition, repair and assembly of exciter should be performed by full-time staff in a clean place.
3. After the shaker is disassembled, check the wear condition of the rolling bearing. The vibrating screen inspects the gear tooth surface. The vibrating screen inspects the connection of various components. The vibrating screen cleans the lubrication circuit in the box to make it clear, and the vibrating screen clears the attachments on each joint surface. Vibrating screen replaces all seals and other damaged parts. Imported pump valve 4, vibration screen maintenance should pay special attention:
(1) The exciter and transmission device should be disassembled by experienced technical workers. Vibrating screen is strictly prohibited and the vibrating screen can prevent damage to the equipment. Keep the parts clean before installing the shaker.
(2) The new screen after replacing the vibrating screen should be re-tensioned once every 4-8h, until the vibration screen is fully tensioned.
