Method for coating ink on etched board
There are many ways to apply ink on the etched board. The ink is first sprayed on the etched board, and then excess ink is scraped off with a retractable squeegee. At this time, the solvent in the ink remaining in the etched area evaporates and forms a gel-like surface, and the rear glue head descends onto the etching plate and sucks the ink.
Ink absorption and printing products
The rubber head sucks up most of the ink on the etching plate and then rises. At this point, the ink is volatilized again. The remaining unbleached ink surface is more conducive to the close bonding between the printed object and the plastic head. The plastic head must be shaped to create a rolling action to remove excess air from the etched plate and the ink surface.
Coordination of ink and glue heads during the production process
Ideally, all the ink on the etched plate is completely transferred to the object to be printed. During the process of production (approximately 10 microns or 0.01 mm thick ink is transferred to the substrate) Temperature, electrostatic size and other effects. If the evaporation rate and the dissolution rate are controlled at equilibrium from the etching of the plate to the transfer of the plastic head to the substrate, it is considered successful printing. If evaporated too quickly, the ink will have dried before it is absorbed. If evaporation is too slow, the surface of the ink is not yet gelatinous and it is not easy to attach the rubber head to the substrate.
