LED light replaces "no material"

After the professional evaluation agency estimated that the lighting equipment of the project was all converted into green energy-saving lamps, it is expected that the annual electricity consumption will be about 5.1 million kWh.

The signing ceremony of the Jiaxin Real Estate, Shenzhen Wancheng Deep Strategic Cooperation Conference and the Jiaxin City Garden LED Lighting Energy Saving System Renovation and Upgrade Program was officially held. At the meeting, the two sides reached a strategic cooperation agreement and decided to build Jiaxin City Garden into the country's first green lighting energy-saving demonstration community project. All the projects of Jiaxin Real Estate will be transformed into green lighting LED lights, which is the first time in the country, and the renovation is expected to be completed in October this year.
Effect: The average energy saving rate exceeds 60
The lighting equipment that has been replaced is about 40,000 baht. According to the relevant person in charge of Jiaxin Real Estate, five months ago, the renovation of the green lighting energy-saving demonstration community was carried out for the first phase of Jiaxin City Garden and other projects.
What is the effect of the transformation? After evaluation by professional evaluation agencies, the average energy saving rate of the currently modified projects is above 60. After the completion of all the renovations, it is expected that the annual electricity consumption will be about 5.1 million kWh, the annual standard coal will be saved by 2,040 tons, the annual carbon dioxide emission will be 5,100 tons, and the number of replacement lamps will be nearly 100.
Cost: The renovation fee does not need to be paid by the owner. The concern of the owners is that they have to pay for the green community to pay for the developer. Owners don't have to pay for it. After the lighting system is upgraded, the energy saving rate will increase and the community energy bill will be reduced accordingly. This reduced portion of the cost will be used to cover the cost of the retrofit. Wu Boheng, chairman of Foshan Shunde Jiaxin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. said.
Forecast: Green will become a new opportunity for real estate development. According to industry analysts, compared with ordinary residential communities, low-carbon communities, green lighting and energy-saving communities, etc., through environmental protection, low-carbon, green new materials, technologies and processes during the construction process. Application reduces the residential and operating costs of the community. As a high-energy industry, low-carbon, energy-saving and green will become a new development opportunity.
The industry also pointed out that the country's first green lighting energy-saving community settled in Shunde, will cause a new round of green real estate project development boom.
