From January 7th to 25th, the State Grid Qingdao Power Supply Company organized technical personnel to carry out technical improvement on the replacement equipment of the Yan'an one-way charging and replacement power station, and the safety and full automation rate of the power-changing equipment were significantly improved.
Qingdao Yan'an First Road Electric Vehicle Charging and Replacement Power Station has been operating safely for 780 days since it was put into operation in 2012. There are differences in the latest equipments between the power exchange equipment and Xuejiadao and Laixi stations, in order to better serve pure electric buses. Qingdao Power Supply Company organized a number of companies, such as Guijie, Luneng, Xuji Power, Shenzhen Xuji, etc., to use idle and nighttime overtime to add technical improvements to the Yan'an all-way power station replacement equipment. The newly upgraded power-changing equipment adopts a new push-pull handle and a locking mechanism, which greatly reduces the damage of the lock and the deformation of the panel, and effectively prevents the safety hazard such as the battery slipping. After the upgrade, the labor intensity of personnel was reduced, the automation level of the power exchange equipment was increased, and the service capacity of the power station was effectively improved.
At present, Yan'an One-way Charging and Replacement Power Station serves 33 pure electric buses. Qingdao Power Supply Company is actively organizing the commissioning of the newly tendered vehicles of the Qingdao Municipal Government at the end of 2014. Combined with the newly built Wuchang Road Charging Station, Yan'an One-way Charging and Replacement Power Station 2015 The number of service vehicles will increase by 75 to 108.
