Recently, the “Jema” brand 250-ton single-arm gantry crane produced and manufactured by Runbang Heavy Machinery has successfully completed the commissioning and will soon carry out type testing. The maximum lifting capacity of the hoisted crane is 250 tons, the lifting rail is 80m/rail 5m, the main lifting maximum working range is 25~50m, and the maximum lifting capacity of the secondary lifting is 28~54m. The machine has a weight of 1400 tons and consists of a running mechanism, a door frame, a rotating column turntable, a machine room, a luffing mechanism, and a counterweight balancing mechanism. Because the crane uses a single-arm wire rope to change the width, it is especially suitable for areas and coastal piers where typhoons frequently occur. The crane makes full use of a number of domestic leading key technologies and is at the leading level in the domestic industry in terms of design conditions, lifting capacity, lifting height and technical integration.
