(2) Coarsening treatment: The surface after the purification treatment needs to be grit blasted. The surface cleanliness after sandblasting should meet the requirements of Sa3 grade in GB8923-88. No attachments such as oxide scale, rust dirt and old coating are allowed. (3) After the surface treatment is qualified, the waiting time for aluminum spraying should be shortened as much as possible, and the sandblasted surface should be strictly protected to prevent moisture, dust and oil pollution.

2. The aluminum material used for spraying should meet the requirements of L1 in GB3190-82. The sprayed layer should not be less than 5 layers and the coating thickness should be 0.3mm.

3. The spray layer must not contain defects such as air bubbles, cracks, holes, and sheet slag or loosely adhering particles.

4. After the appearance and thickness inspection of the sprayed aluminum layer is qualified, the etching treatment is first performed with phosphoric acid, and then low viscosity resin is applied to close the coating pores.

5. The sprayed aluminum layer needs a blue dot test to check its compactness. No blue dot is acceptable.

6. The internal anti-corrosion shall be carried out after the ladder platform and other welded parts are welded. No welding shall be carried out on the equipment after anti-corrosion construction.

7. It is forbidden to spray paint on the stainless steel surface of the equipment.
