The frame Filter Press is a very mature dewatering device. The filter press alternates the Filter Plate with the filtrate passage in parallel with the filter frame. The Filter Cloth is sandwiched between each filter plate and the filter frame, and the filter plate is pressed with the compression end. The filter frame is pressed tightly so that a filter chamber is formed between the filter plate and the filter plate. Sludge flows in from the feed inlet, and the water is discharged from the filtrate outlet through the filter plate. The mud cake accumulates on the filter cloth in the frame. After the filter plate and filter frame are released, the mud cake can be easily peeled off. The operation is simple and the filter cake contains High solidity, strong applicability and other advantages. And is widely used in the chemical industry.
