Underwater Strand Pelletizing System is the vital and key machine equipment in the production of Polymer industry.
The melting polymer is extruded through die head to form strands.Strands move downward along start-up gate and guide section full of water,and are cooled in the guide section.Upper feed roll and lower feed roll leads the strands to enter the cutting device,make the strands cut into granules by cutting blade and cutter.Then,the pellets are sent to drier via pellet outlet,waste separator and conveying pipe with the conveying water,the pellets are separated from conveying water and dried in the direr;then enter into the vibrator for classifying. the qualified pellets will be stored or put into next process operation for easy and energy-saving purpose.
