Project Description:
The project is located on the west side of the East Second Ring Extension (North Star Road) of Xi’an City and south of Fengcheng Ba Road (Planning). It is located in the Tuanjie Village, Tanjia Street Office, Weiyang District, Xi’an, and builds the Xi’an Public Security Bureau’s business technology housing. Parking lot, power center, staff restaurant, etc. After the completion of the project, 340 people will work here. The staff restaurant can accommodate 3,300 people (including the number of people working in the public security bureau office). There are 900 underground parking spaces with a floor area ratio of 1.94 and a green space rate of 37%. The total project investment is unknown.
