Yahoo Australia will launch its global Yahoo advertising trading platform for Australian advertisers for the first time. The company will launch its own advertising trading program to Australia and allow the local 50 advertisers to try it out. Last year, according to informed sources, the company is investigating third-party technology providers to fill some of the gaps in media automated advertising platforms. Paul, the commercial director of Yahoo Australia, said that Yahoo’s advertising exchange business will include digital display, mobile, and straightforward advertising formats.
Yahoo Australia claims to have 8 million desktop users, 7 million mobile users and 3 million tablet users. A customer service support team has been established to support trading partners. Program Sales Manager Ben Greene said: "Yahoo's advertising exchange business will provide advertising partners with greater flexibility, visibility and more positioning capabilities." Commercial Director Paul said that the purpose of this launch is to find the program The real efficiency of trading and the way advertisers want to do business.
