·19 engineering tire enterprises increased export tax rate

On July 22, the US Department of Commerce issued an announcement in the Federal Register, which decided to amend the anti-dumping duty imposed on construction machinery tires (OTR) imported from China in 2008 based on the results of the court proceedings.

Among them, the tax rate of the mandatory responding enterprise Hebei Xingmao was raised from 29.93% to 31.79%, and the tax rate of the mandatory responding enterprise Tianjin International Union was raised from 8.44% to 10.08%; therefore, the average tax rate of enterprises with separate tax rates was 12.91% from the previous one. Upgraded to 13.92%.

Since Hebei Xingmao and Tianjin International Union obtained a new tax rate in the subsequent review, they will no longer adjust the tax rates of the two companies.

The new anti-dumping tax rate is valid until March 23, 2015, and is applicable to 19 Chinese construction machinery tire exporters. The specific list is attached.
