To prepare technically for the development of domestic ocean-going purse seine fishing boats, to change the backward situation of the current offshore fishing vessels with the modification of second-hand vessels and old vessels, improve fishing efficiency, improve crew labor intensity, increase competitiveness, and change China's marine fishery shipbuilding capacity. The project is derived from the contract for the "Tuna Fence Ship Deck Machinery and Equipment" signed by Jiesheng Marine Equipment and Taiwan Qingfu Shipbuilding. The contract covers a total of 55 sets of equipment. The technical parameters of the project are derived from its technical agreement.
