Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry received 10 7G80ME-C marine crankshaft orders

Recently, Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group and Dalian Shipai signed 10 orders for 7G80ME-C marine crankshafts. The product has a stroke of 3.72 meters and a weight of 237 tons. It is equipped with a 42,000-horsepower diesel engine and a 5000-standard container ship. It is the world's longest-stroke, single-weight marine crankshaft and can effectively reduce marine diesel engines by 10% to 15%. % carbon oxide emissions, meet the environmental requirements of energy saving and low carbon development in the shipbuilding industry. The crankshaft is expected to be delivered by the end of 2018.

Since the first crankshaft was launched in 2007, Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group has developed the first 82T, G70, S90, X72, G80 and other crankshafts in China. It has become the only one in China and the fourth in the world (after Kobe, Japan). Steel, South Korea’s Doosan Heavy Industries, and Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., which have mastered the ability to build large-scale butt-type crankshafts and ultra-long-stroke crankshafts, and provided nearly 500 crankshafts for more than 10 domestic and foreign shipbuilding manufacturers at Doosan and other countries in Korea. The national rotation of the state and the national economy have further played an important role in further improving the overall level and international competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry.
