Preparation before commissioning

1. Data Preparation: The information management personnel should be informed in detail about the configuration of the engineering system (including the system diagram, plan, instruction manual, owner's or contractor's requirements for the project, points, etc.).

2. Check whether the system installation meets the design requirements according to the system design drawings.

3. The forms and tool spare parts used in the debugging, such as multimeters, wiring tools and encoders, screwdrivers, needle nose pliers, diagonal pliers, terminal resistors, etc.

4. Conduct self-inspection of the system and understand the construction of the project:

1 Check whether the system installation meets the design requirements according to the system design drawings. If there are any discrepancies in the system design drawings, you should inform the other party to handle them accordingly.

2 Understand whether the on-site installation equipment control box can be connected with our alarm linkage system as required. If it does not meet the requirements, it should promptly inform the other party to make corresponding changes. Understand whether the fire hydrant button light adopts light emitting diode or white light to understand whether there is equipment with large current working at the scene, such as positive pressure air supply valve, electric fire damper, separation tripping, etc., to calculate the current needed for lighting, such as mainframe power supply If not, it is necessary to inform the engineering side of the need for additional power.

3 The fire alarm host, radio communication cabinets, CRT and other equipment are individually checked for power supply, and normal system debugging can be performed. If the equipment is found to be abnormal during the stand-alone inspection, the causes should be analyzed and resolved in time.

4 The test system's line-to-ground insulation resistance and system grounding is satisfactory. The requirements for the “fire automatic alarm system construction and acceptance specification” shall be not less than 20 megohms for ground insulation resistance, and not more than 4 ohms for ground-to-ground resistance when using working ground. When using joint grounding, the ground resistance to ground cannot be greater than 1 ohm.

5 Check the circuit of the system and deal with wrong lines, open circuits, short circuits, and grounding.

6 Connect the AC power supply. The measuring voltage range should not exceed 220V+10%-15%. Connect the backup battery and make the final preparations for the commissioning.

B、System debugging

1, according to the system design drawings (plan or system diagram) on the installation of detectors, manual alarm buttons and various modules (input and output modules) are encoded, if the drawings do not have the number of detectors and various modules, commissioning personnel should Cooperate with the construction party to accurately mark the actual address code of the detector and various modules on the drawings.

2. According to the coded circuit of the address code, the corresponding circuit of the controller, the numbers of the detectors and various modules, sort out the address code table, and display according to the address code table and the control requirements (fire code) of the system fire fighting equipment. Information, system information, linkage programming. The linkage plan is provided by the firefighting installation company. If the linkage relationship scheme does not meet the fire code, the constructor must sign the confirmation (for example, request smoke alarm linkage pump, etc.).

General requirements for linkage logic editing:

(1) Fire hydrant system: Manual alarm button action of fire hydrant → Activate the output module of the alarm bell or the audible and visual alarm on this floor or upper and lower layer → Turn on the alarm bell or the sound and light alarm power supply.

Fire hydrant manual alarm button action → start the fire pump.

(2) Automatic sprinkler system:

Water flow indicator action signal → activate the output module of this layer control alarm bell or sound and light alarm → turn on the alarm bell or sound and light alarm power supply.

Pressure switch action signal → start spray pump.

Or flow indicator action signal → start the spray pump.

Or combine the flow indicator action signal and pressure switch action signal → start the spray pump.

(The specific linkage requirements are based on local conditions)

(3) Positive pressure air supply system:

The linkage relationship of the mechanical positive pressure air supply system is as follows:

Detector alarm signal or manual alarm button alarm signal → Open positive pressure air supply port → Positive pressure air supply port open signal → Start positive pressure blower.

The number of positive pressure air outlets can be set according to the following requirements:

1) The opening of the positive pressure air outlet in the smoke-proof stairwell shall enable the entire stairwell to be fully opened so that a uniform positive pressure is formed throughout the stairwell;

2) The opening of the positive pressure air outlet in the front room shall be opened in accordance with the evacuation order of the personnel, that is, the positive pressure air outlets at the upper and lower layers of the alarm layer and the alarm layer shall be opened.

(4) Logistic linkage of exhaust smoke system:

Detector alarm signal in the exhaust area or manual alarm button alarm in the exhaust area → Activate the exhaust port of the exhaust area (open)

→ Smoke outlet opening signal → Activate the exhaust fan in the corresponding exhaust area (or start the exhaust fan at high speed).

The signal of the exhaust fire damper (280°C) at the entrance of the exhaust fan → The exhaust fan at the relevant part of the exhaust.

(5) The logic relationship of fire shutter doors is as follows:

1) Fireproof rolling shutters, which are used only as a firebreaking partition, do not require two-step landing and only one landing.

Detector alarm signal or manual alarm button alarm signal → Start The fire shutter door near the fire zone drops and descends to the end.

2) The fire shutter door used on the evacuation channel shall be lowered in two steps. The linkage relationship is as follows:

The smoke detector alarm signal installed on both sides of the fireproof rolling shutter door → The fireproof rolling shutter door is lowered step by step. The fireproof rolling shutter door is lowered to 1.8M from the floor (building) surface. After the fireproof door is installed, the temperature detector installed on both sides of the fireproof rolling shutter door sends an alarm signal. → Start the fire shutter door and descend again to bottom.

(6) Fire alarm device and fire accident linkage:

Fire alarm devices mainly refer to alarm bells or sound and light alarms in high-rise buildings. They have an audible and visual alarm that is automatically turned on. The opening sequence is the same as the fire accident broadcast. In the automatic alarm system, the linkage relationship between the open alarm bell or the sound and light alarm and the fire accident broadcast is as follows: the fire detector alarm signal or the manual alarm button alarm signal → the start control alarm bell or sound and light alarm device, the output of the fire accident broadcast Module → Turn on the alarm or audible and visual alarm power, and connect the fire accident radio line.

The firing order of fire alarms and fire accidents in high-rise buildings is as follows:

1) When a fire occurs on floors 2 and 2 or above, it is advisable to first connect the fire floor and its adjacent upper and lower floors;

2) When a fire occurs on the ground floor, it is advisable to turn on this floor, the second floor and the underground floor first;

3) When there is a fire in the lower chamber of the local area, it is advisable to first connect underground floors and the first floor;

Single-storey buildings with multiple fire zones shall be connected to the fire fire zone and its adjacent fire zone first;

(7) The linkage relationship of fire elevators is as follows:

Manual alarm button "and" detector alarm signal → start the fire elevator forced landing output module action → fire elevator forced down to the first floor and returned to the fire control room signal.

The best way for a fire lift to land on a forced landing is to manually land in a fire control room.

(8) Non-fire power switch:

Non-fire power switching linkage logic is as follows:

Manual alarm button "and" detector alarm → start non-fire power switching output module action → this module starts the circuit breaker (air switch) trip mechanism makes the interrupter (air switch) trip to cut non-fire power.

The best way to cut off the non-fire power supply should be manually removed in the fire control room.

3, using a multimeter to install the detector and various modules (hand report, monitoring, control module) of the signal bus to check, initially determined that the line is not short-circuited, grounded before the next step. For the module power cable, it must be measured with a multimeter without short circuit and grounding, and at the same time ensure that the field terminals are fully connected and no exposed wire ends can be powered. For multi-line linkage control cabinets, because there are many lines connected with the field device control cabinet, the line requirements should be checked. Terminals (terminal loads, resistances, diodes, etc.) that should be added at the site should be connected and should be connected properly. Each line in the control cabinet can be connected to the control cabinet only after being measured by the multimeter. Strictly check that the terminal is not connected to the strong wire. It is strictly forbidden to connect the control line to the host of the control cabinet, and then connect the line of the field device.

4. Accurately connect the signal lines that make up the address code to the controller and clearly mark the lines. Exclude one by one from line faults, detector failures, and module failures.

5. When troubleshooting, you can use the single-point test function on the host to detect the communication status of the detector or module and the host, and whether the signal loop has any interference signal.

6. One by one, the smoke detector shall be tested for smoke alarms. For alarms and false alarms, it shall be promptly replaced and retested. At the same time, verify that the corresponding display relationship between the detectors is correct. If errors occur, adjust them through on-site programming.

7. Perform simulation tests on the control module and control program according to the linkage control requirements until the system is all normal.

7.1. Manually start each controlled fire-fighting linkage equipment, such as: fire radio, fire alarm, positive pressure tuyere, positive pressure fan, exhaust valve, exhaust fan, fire pump, spray pump, and fire elevator. Fire power cuts, accident lighting, etc., and check the feedback signal of each controlled device is correct, if not correct it must be corrected. If the device fails to start, the possible causes are: incorrect programming or incorrect coding correspondence; 24V power is not connected; the control box of the device is not in automatic state; the control box of the device is not powered.

7.2, the controller is set to automatic state, the detector smoke alarm, check the linkage of the controlled device meets the linkage control requirements.

Precautions:

a. Establish a good relationship with customers, efficient and timely completion of their own work.

b. Proper, clear, and principled handling of the titles of products involved in non-company supply in commissioning projects.

c. Embarrassing, polite and patient guidance customers solve the technical difficulties in debugging, and timely complete the debugging task.

C. After commissioning work:

1. After the system simulation alarm and simulation linkage test are completed, the system shall be powered on and ready for acceptance after running for 120 hours without any fault. The commissioning engineer of the system completes the commissioning work. Before delivering the user for operation and use, the relevant information delivery users and company archives must be organized for system maintenance and use in the future.

The data that is usually required to be collated and archived should include:

a. Fire-fighting system as-built drawings: System diagrams, floor plans with detectors and various module codes.

b. System configuration: the number of loops in the system, the number of encoded addresses in each loop, the distribution of the floor display panels, and the display range.

c. The system displays the correspondence: the correspondence between each coded address and the actual address, and the device type of each coded address.

d. System linkage logic: The distribution of the fire fighting equipment in the system and the logic of the operation.

2. After the commissioning of the project, the monitoring work shall be performed continuously during the operation.

3. Make training for user maintenance personnel and on-duty personnel.
