Product structure characteristics:
1. The inner and outer gallbladders are molded with epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastic, which is light in weight, corrosion-resistant, high in strength, no leakage, smooth in surface and easy to clean.         

2. The water seal form prevents salt spray from overflowing, and the jacket air duct is heated so that the temperature of the workroom rises quickly and the temperature distribution is uniform. 
   
3. The top cover of the salt mist box is designed at the top angle of 110~112 C, so that the condensed water in the box does not drop directly on the sample.

4. The spray method is tower spray, and the spray tower is placed in the middle of the bottom of the studio. The material of the nozzle is made of quartz glass. The spray is fine and the salt spray is naturally settled and distributed evenly.

5. The control system of the equipment is placed on the upper right side of the box, and the user is easy to operate. The panel is equipped with a power switch, a fog switch, a spray switch, two PID self setting digital display meters, and a device running time timer and gap spray timer.

4. If the material is stuck and the motor does not turn, please close it immediately so as not to burn the motor. After the stuck material is removed, it can be used again.
5. During the use of the machine, it is forbidden to open the upper cover and extend the hand into the crushing cavity.
6, the machine is a dry grinder, and it is not suitable to crush wet matter and greasy matter.
7. Users are required to replace different screens.
8. This machine adopts overheat protector. If the load of the motor is too large, it will stop automatically. If you continue to operate, please press the protector again.
