4:Mold manufacturing show and mold management flow:
1:  Clients provides the 3D drawing or samples,
2: Our Engineering making an quote,
3:Â Cilents check the quote,
    If ok, than we given our mold design solution,
4: If clients accept our mold design solution, they pay for the T1 charge, and we import the mold raw meterial to start making this mold,
5: On the tatal mold making period, we will sent the " mold's production schedule" to client's comfirm.
6: Mold will finished within 4 to 6 weeks. after finish, we always go into the stage on " Trial Mold" with clients.Â
Put the mold onto our Injection Meachine, to produce the comfirm samples. if clients says ok, than export the mold, if not, than change the mold, untill client's say ok.

If you are going to make an inquiry of mold, please give basic information with 3D drawing or 2D drawing or any other detail information (material, part weight, qty, etc), we will give you answer within 24hours in working day.
