Machine Characteristics
1.This kind machine is our latest developed fence mesh welding machinewhich adopts Panasonic intelligent PLC control system.
2.The line wire and the weft wire are pre-straight and pre-cut. The wire net is pulled by the servo motor.Â
3.The weft wire welding feeding from the multi hopper which capacity is more over ten times than the traditional hopper.
4.The welding power comes from Brake clutch motor which connect the principal axis directly, stronger power.(Patent technology)
5.The welding part is used the springiness input wire trunking that makes the welding copper use for long time .
6.The longitude wires can be adjustable and cross wire distance can be adjustable according to input the date what you want.
7.The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the distance of weft wire at randomly on the same piece of wire mesh sheet .
8.The finished product fence panel is smooth ,the error of opposite angle line is small.
