Test method and characteristics of mattress durability tester
It is specially used for durability testing of mattresses. The test methods are as follows: fix the mattress to be tested, turn on the test equipment, select the type of mattress to be tested, automatic/manual parameters through the touch screen, and the equipment will automatically run according to the set parameters. The result of the operation is printed on the printer. The built-in mattress durability tester is manufactured in strict accordance with the brown mattress standard GBT 26706-2011 and the soft mattress standard QB1952.2-2011, which has reached the national new standard.
The mattress durability tester is suitable for testing the mattress's ability to withstand long-term repetitive loads. There are ten characteristics of mattress durability tester.
1. The instrument has two kinds of automatic and manual test modes. The user can select automatic (one-button control full-automatic operation) and manual two test modes to make the test data more accurate, reduce the workload of the test, improve the accuracy of the test ;
2. In both manual and automatic modes, the instrument can run on the data entered by the user. Such as: the number of rollers rolling per minute, the total number of scrolls, etc.;
3. High-strength, high-flexibility, special-purpose power chain cable with a bending life of more than six million times guarantees the reliability of instrument testing.

5. Roller loading uses a linear sliding bearing free load, because there is only linear bearing rolling friction (friction coefficient: 0.002), so it can ensure the accuracy of the loading force. Therefore, the loading force is more in line with the standard requirements;
6.Using gantry type mechanical structure, using high-precision servo motor, low-noise high-precision ball screw and high-precision heavy-duty linear guide as transmission parts, improve the mechanical strength and rigidity of the whole machine (eg: straightness tolerance of gantry beam ≤±0.05mm, the verticality tolerance of loading slide bar is ≤±0.1mm, which increases the service life of the machine and the accuracy of the test data, effectively reducing the operating noise;
7. And uses a 7-inch well-known brand touch screen as input control, so that the operation control is more humane and concise; and has a power outage memory function, automatic recovery test after restoration of power supply, test data before power failure will not be lost;
8. According to the client's required file format, the printer prints out the test results, increasing the credibility of the test results and the persuasiveness of the test data;
9. Set up I/O (input and output) intelligent monitoring function: It can monitor any problem occurring in the running part of the equipment during operation of the whole equipment at any time. The buzzer alarm prompt and follow the text to explain the cause of the problem make the instrument maintenance more convenient;
10. Roller end brackets have also been improved over older model testers. Circular heads have been used to eliminate the risk of inaccurate loading forces when the roller end supports are pressed against the mattress.
