Operating and maintaining quench systems can be a complex undertaking. Quench oils with operating temperatures between 195°F and 395°F typically face a number of operational issues including particulate contamination, water contamination and chemical alteration.
All of these factors can change the viscosity of the quench oil, which eventually affects the quality of the heat-treating process. If contamination occurs, it is expensive to drain, dispose of, and replace the oil - not to mention the time required to do it.
Series TYQ oil purification systems are designed specifically for filtering quench oils.  It is used for vacuum dehydration and degasification for quench oil in order to withdraw free and soluble water, gas as well as for removal of particulates. The system consists of pre-filter, second filter and fine filter , oil heater, vacuum pump, vacuum vessel ect.

Plastic Injection Insert Molding

7. Suitable resin and molding conditions may be used for sealing and fixation of susceptible products such as glass, coils, electrical parts, etc.
8. Inserts can also be completely sealed into the resin by selecting the appropriate mold construction.
9. After the insert is molded, it can also be made into a product with hollow grooves along with the core hole.
