1. Reheater protection loss (MFT)

In Xinhua's design of #3 and #4 machines in Luohe, Anhui, the design is: the turbine trip (any main valve is closed), and the high side is more than 90% within 60 seconds, otherwise the reheater protection will be lost. The MFT boiler is off. The bypass configuration is: In case of bypass (BYPASSON) (BYPASSOFF to BYPASSON), the turbine trips, high-side quick-open, when the bypass is not BYPASSON and BYPASSOFF is high Closed sideways, 3 seconds after 60 seconds.

The ultimate goal of the reheater protection loss is that when the unit is under high load, when the turbine suddenly trips, the reheater is not over-pressured, the number of safety gate actions is reduced as much as possible, energy is saved, and convenience is provided for restarting.

 As can be seen from the above design of the reheater protection in the boiler MFT item, as long as the turbine trips must be unconditionally opened whether the reheater is over or under pressure, otherwise the reheater protection is lost and the boiler is extinguished. 3. For this purpose, pressure equalization must be taken during design and installation, and the alarm and protection do not share a sampling point. The specific methods are as follows:

4. Scanning pressure is low

This design is also generally three take two, delay 5 seconds. However, some take the pressure of the mother tube of the scanning fan, and some take the differential pressure of the pressure of the mother tube of the scanning fan and the furnace pressure. I think the differential pressure is reasonable and can accurately reflect the cooling effect of the fire detection.

c) After the wiring piping is completed, close the compressed air valve of the furnace equipment. Then, the total branch valve of the compressed air is opened, and the compressed air pipes of the oil gun, the igniter, the oil angle valve, the purge valve, and the atomization valve are detached from the valve body one by one, and the corresponding compressed air valve is opened for flushing. This basically can be done without clogging.

6. Fire detection probe installation and cooling wind preparation

 Scanning and Cooling Wind Operation: The quality of the operation, especially the first firing, directly affects the safety of fire detection. Different design of the pipeline process and operation should pay special attention to avoid the fire detection surface without problems but the actual cooling effect can not be achieved.

 1) Most of the unit's scanning cooling air supply is provided by two scanning fans or by the two blower's mother tube and two scanning fans.

 Cooling air is installed in the front corners of the furnace and some manual valves are installed. Special attention should be paid to hot operation. Before the fan is turned on, the four-manhole manual valve's drain valve (without the drain valve should be installed) should be opened separately, and the welding slag and debris should be cleaned. Then the scanning cooling fan is turned on to check whether the scanning wind has reached the fire detection one by one. Probe.
